Unable to launch Acrobat

Not sure what is going on with Adobe Acrobat - but I cannot open any files - nor on the Acrobat link.  I click on it and nothing happens.  If I right-click and select "Run as Administrator", it will open   I disabled "New Acrobat" in the view, went to Preferences - Security and disabled all security.  Uninstalled - used your Adobe Cleaner and reinstalled with no changes.  Microsoft Windows 10; OS Build 19045.5247;   Been going on for awhile - spent 3 hours on fixing it this morning....   Not really productive....

Hi @thomas_4408,

Hope you are doing well.  Sorry for the trouble.

Has this issue started after any recent update? Would you mind letting me know if you are on the latest version (2024.005.20320).

If not, please check for updates by going to Help-> Check for Updates.

Also, you might want to try to resetting the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3ZGqhqT...

Let me know if this helps.

Acrobat launch nahi ho raha lagta hai ki permissions ya compatibility issue ho sakta hai. Agar sirf “Run as Administrator” se khul raha hai, to shortcut pe right-click → Properties → Compatibility → “Run this program as an administrator” check karein. Windows aur Acrobat dono updated hone chahiye. Agar phir bhi issue ho, to preferences reset karna ya naya Windows user profile try karna kaam aa sakta hai.
