Unable to launch newly installed Adobe Acobat pro 2020

I purchased and installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 with serial id provided by Adobe. It asked for signed in. Signed in useing the Adobe ID. Upon loging in error message pops up "Something went wrong". Help please.

Install update and subscribe to Acrobat
