Unable to OCR scanned document

I downloaded trial acrobat and tried to ocr the cam scanned document. But it is not working. Can please help!

That doesn't found surprising. What settings did you use, and what did you expect to see? Above all, is the text now selectable?

The target document just remains as it is.

Do you mean that it continues to look exactly the same (no great surprise)? Or that there is no increase in selectable text?
