Unable to Open FDF file on usda.gov website

Hello,

I attempting to help a client open a government EForm but I am getting an error " This PDF file is attempting to launch; are you sure you want to continue ". When we select Yes the messag just re-appears. I have tried disabling some of the security settings in Adobe but it did not work. We also purchased the PRO version but getting the same error. Is there something that can be done to allow this file to open? Or do we need to contact the government side for assistance.

Can you share a link to the file?Did you download the file to your computer before trying to open it? If so, how did you do that?PS. There's no need to purchase Acrobat just to open PDF files. The free Reader can do it.If you can, cancel that purchase and save yourself some money.
