Unable to open multiple PDFs

Hello everyone,


Opening multiple PDFs on a network share doesn't work. I can open just one and as soon as I double click on another PDF, it doesn't open.

 

I've disabled protected mode to see if this option is a problem, but it's not.

 

Do you have a solution for this problem?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience.

 

Looking at the description, it could be an issue with the location whitelisting from the server. Would you mind checking and adding them to the list? The steps can be found here: Trust Methods — Acrobat Desktop Application Security Guide.

 

Once done, try with smaller sample files. Also, please capture a recording for the workflow in case things go south.
