Unable to open PDF file after updating Mac OS.

I cannot open pdf's anymore since I updated my Mac. What should I do to be able to open them again.

    As per the description above, you are not able to open PDF file after updating the Mac OS, Is that correct?

    Open few files with Adobe Reader, go to Window -> Cascade -> Tile and see if that brings up the PDFs. You may also refer to the following KB doc Can't open PDF

    Please check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from Help>Check for updates. Reboot the machine after the installation of updates. If the issue persists, please uninstall Adobe Reader using the Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine and install the Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    If the issue persists, please share the following details:

    I cannot open up old pdf's in my documents. Nor new ones that have recently been sent. How do I check for updates ?

    How do I find the place to look for help and updates to adobe Acrobat Reader DC?  When I go to applications and try to open the icon it gives me the same error message and won't open.
