Unable to open PDFs

Hi there, I am unbale to open my PDF files. I have added a snagit of the message I am getting below. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Elle, I am sorry, but I don't see any active subscriptions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Your screenshot seems to indicate that the file is syncing, which is why it is unavailable. I am sorry, but it is not clear what service you are using to sync the file, nor do you have an active subscription from Adobe. ^JW

I am using Adobe Reader. I restarted my PC and that seemed to clea r the sync issue. 

It's working great again.

Elle, was restarting the PC the only step you used to resolve the sync issue, or did you try any other methods as well?
