Unable to Preview PDFs from File Explorer

Question

Acrobat version 23.008.20533. The issue is the preview function has stopped working in Windows 10 File Explorer. After searching for a solution on here I can see this issue has been posted many times over the years. Most recently in March https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/unable-to-preview-pdf-files-in-windows-10-file-explorer/m-p/14498012#M106957 but no solution given. I have tried everything listed over the years as a solution for Preview issue in these Communities forums. All other file types can be previewed except Adobe PDFs. Please help provide a new solution
