Did you know one of the key reasons you can't print a PDF is an outdated printer driver? Who knew, right? Let’s help you take those prints real quick.

You can try these simple steps before you go ahead with troubleshooting:

  • Make sure the cable that connects your printer to your computer is securely plugged in
  • If your printer is plugged into a USB hub, unplug the printer cable from the hub. Then, plug the printer cable directly into a USB port on your computer
  • Turn off your printer. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn it on again
  • Try to print the PDF again

Are you using a Mac or a Windows PC? The solutions can be different.

Still can’t print. This may mean you have an issue with either your drivers or the operating system, or it may be specific to your file. For more information, visit here.
