Unable to print pdf documents

Hi All,

I have been unable to print PDF's as of yesterday.

I have recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat pro DC from the free version.

At first I was able to print 2 diffrent single page pdf documents and then it started throwing up a unable to print dialog box.

I am also getting a internal error dialog if I try to select the view tab at the top of the program and if I try to get it to print the document as an image as per the troubleshooting guides it gives me another internal error dialog box with the choice to send the error log to Adobe.

I have also tried the following.

Used the AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021 tool prior to reinstalling.
Uninstall/Reinstall my Adobe Acrobat pro DC product.
Updated my printer drivers (Epson WF-3720 series)
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Often printing problems stem from issues with the PDF file. Even if a PDF looks fine on screen, it can contain incomplete or corrupt data.
Try the "Print as image" option
If you’re in a hurry and want to print a simple document (such as a letter or form), use the "Print as image" option. Click the Advanced button in the Print dialog box to find this option. (In Windows 7, the Advanced button is at the bottom of the dialog box.)

For step-by-step direction, see PDF printing quick fix: Print as image | Acrobat, Reader.

Copy or download the PDF again directly to your hard drive
Sometimes a PDF file becomes damaged or contains corrupt data. If you downloaded the PDF from the web or received it in an email, download the PDF again or ask the sender to resend it. Copy the file directly to your hard drive, rather than a thumb (portable) or network drive.

Open the new copy on your hard drive and print again.

Create a copy of the PDF using Save As command
In Reader or Acrobat, choose File > Save As and give the PDF file a new name. Include only letters and numbers in the filename. Do not include symbols such as %, $, or []. Try printing the new copy of the PDF.

Recreate the PDF file
If you have the original source file that the PDF was created from, recreate the PDF.

Open the file in the original program (such as a word processing or a page layout program).
Choose File > Print, and then choose the option to save the file as a PDF.
Open the new PDF, and try printing again.
Checking printing files (preflight inspection) for syntax-related issues (problems in programming code).
Open the PDF and choose one of the following:

Acrobat DC: Tools > Print Production
Acrobat XI: View > Tools > Print Production
Choose Print Production
Select Preflight.

Select Preflight
Acrobat DC: In the Find bar of the Preflight window, type "syntax." Then select the profile Report PDF syntax issue. Then click Analyze and fix.

Click Analyze and Fix PDF

Restart your computer
Restart your computer, then open the file again. It is surprising how often simply restarting your computer solves a problem. Restarting a computer clears its memory and memory cache.
