Unable to print pdf from word and powerpoint

nothing happens when print button is pressed and selected adobe while printing from powerpoint and word, why doesn't it work like outlook and excel

windows 10

acrobat pro latest

word 365 with 3 page document 

powerpoint 365 with 10 slide document

i am using adobe to print then not working but using microsoft then working

check this issue
