Unable to Print PDF's to any printer

We have multiple printers in our Quick Print shop and as of this morning we are unable to print any PDF to any of the printers from one particulat PC..

Every time we get an error stating unable to print and to seek help.

I have unistalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled it twice and the issue continues.

I have run the repairt tool and nothing changes. Any help would be appreciated as this is a great part of our business.

Thanks for your prompt reply.



The error and failing to print is only from Acrobat and it is failing to
print to our Xerox Versant 180 and two HP 402/404 printers.



We can print to our printers from InDesign and Outlook etc. without issue.



I have tried to print as image and it makes no difference, the files fail to
print.



The fact that it will not print to any of the three printers hardly seems
like it's a driver issue, don't you agree.



I am sending this email from home but will check out the print log thing in
the morning at work.

Agree to your point. 

 

We'll be on standby till you get the time to share the print logs with us. 

Once we receive it, we'll take this up further with the development team.

Things are getting worse. Today Acrobat will not open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same.

Unable to do print log procedure when the program will not even open.

Any ideas please????

Hi @Michael R. Davis,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with printing PDFs through Acrobat.

 

When you mention one particular PC, do you see the error with only Acrobat or with other applications trying to print a file? 

I would recommend checking for any available driver updates for your printer.

 

Also, when in the print window, kindly check in Advanced Settings to toggle the checkbox saying "Print as Image."

 

Also, if that doesn't work, can you please share print logs from the device so we can investigate the issue further?
