Question

Unable to purchase an Acrobat plan

Hello.  I am not new to using Adobe products, as I have previously used Muse for years with regard to my website.  I am, however facing an issue.

When I used Muse, I used a different both email address as well as TD Canada Trust bank card.  I am able to sign into Adobe perfectly well now with my Gmail, but when I enter new bank card information, it does not accept it.  It is also not accepting my home address postal code.  I am looking to purchase an Acrobat Pro plan with regard to my story writing, filling in PDF sheets as such.  I am not sure what is going on.

Any advice or help is most welcomed.

Thanks,

Nick

Don't have an answer to your question (you should contact Adobe directly about it), but Acrobat is not a tool for creating websites, if that's what you want to do.

Thanks Try for the reply.  My wanting to purchase an Adobe Acrobat plan doesn't have anything to do with creating websites; rather it's to help with my various story writings.  On that note, how do I contact Adobe directly?  Customer service email or the like?

OK, I guess I misunderstood what you were asking for.

There's no email address for support, only chat, phone (you can get the number via the chat) or via Twitter.

Chat support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone)
