Unable to resize an object

Hello, 

I am using the last version of DC pro. From times to time, whatever the mouse I am using, I can not move or resize an object. Then it works again on the same document, without any reason. 

I have this issue for one week now. I did not install anything on my computer, did any change...

Anyone has the same issue ?
