Unable to save ANY files or pdf views.

Unable to file ANY pdf files, downloads, or create by scanner files.

Have Adobe Pro 2020 with all updates (last update search done 21SEP2024).

Acrobate will open pdf from website or scanner, but no way to choose where to put file. All that comes up after clicking "save as' is a blank pop up.

The Adobe website states to locate where the files are to be saved using the file itself, problem the file only excists in Adobe.

How to fix this.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

Kindly confirm, if ‘Your files’ under the Home view in the left-hand panel is working fine.
Now, please try repairing the application once.
If the above steps don’t resolve your issue:
- Locate the WebResource at ProgramFiles (x86)/Adobe/Adobe Acrobat/Classic 2020/WebResource.
- Attach the above resources in this converation.
