Hello,

I have been unable to save anything in acrobat because my pop up on my Macbook comes up completely blank(See attached image). I have done everything i could find online to try to fix the issue including:

1. Acrobat>Preferences>General> checking the box for "show online storage when saving files"

2. System Settings>Privacy & Security> Full Disk Acess

3. System Settings>Privacy & Security> Acessibility

4. I have tried to work around this by hitting print then trying to print to PDF but I get a message that it is not supported.

5. My computer has more than enough storage space available.

Are there any other things I can try? I am unable to do my job if I cant save documents. Please help!

Hi @Rene2941397164xe

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs, please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

Please go to Preferences (Cmd+K) > General > And Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving file' and 'Show online storage when opening file' > Click Ok ans reboot the application and check.

Let us know how it goes.

I am having the same issue, the PDF will not convert, Adobe freezes when I press "convert to PDF". I am running with current OS on M3 and have reinstalled Adobe twice, deleted the old plist, etc.
