Unable to save fillable form

I created a fillable form with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 that I send to my clients at work. It works fine for some, but others are having problems saving a copy after they fill it out. Why are some unable to save?

Not all PDF readers can save foms. Only newer versions of Adobe Reader can save a PDF form oldet versions reqiore special rights be spplied to the form.
