Unable to see Digital Signature field in Adobe Documents Cloud for SharePoint Online

I can't really find an answer for this online since it's Documents Cloud and everything I find on Digital Signature fields are either "unable to sign" or "unable to remove". None talking about not seeing it. I'm able to see the Digital Signature fields when opened in my desktop app from SharePoint Online, but not through Documents Cloud. It would be extremely beneficial if I could get this to work or find a work around. Thank you.

    I forgot to mention, they also show up if I click on the "Desktop" button in Documents Cloud, which still has the file open from SharePoint Online. It also shows up if I use the "Other file storage" path directly in the desktop client.
