Unable to see parts of the prepare window

Is there a way to resize parts of the prepare window? I am working on creating a fillable PDF from a file. The prepare window covers the list of tabs, such that I can't see it.

I attached a screen shot of what I'm seeing.

One cause could be that I'm remoting in from my home laptop to my work desktop as part of our pandemic-work-from-home protocol. The monitors are different sizes. Is there a way, though, to adjust Acrobat's settings so that I can see what I need to see?
