Unable to send PDF for signatures

When I try to send a document to get signatures, it does not allow me to sign in. When I click the sign in button, nothing happens. I have an upgraded account as a staff member with my employeer. I have uninstalled and re-installed the application with no changes.

We are sorry for the trouble. We have checked the account details with the email that you are using on this community and we didn't see any paid subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC. Make sure you are using the correct email to login to the account. 

 

Also, As described upon clicking sign in nothing happens. Please try to repair Installation (For Windows only) Go to Help > repair Installation. If it still doesn't work please try the following steps.
