Unable to send request signature in bulk

Trying to send request signature in bulk with Acrobat Pro but it either just sits on the processing wheel and does nothing or gives 'auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect.' error message.

 

Have tried different browsers, cleared cache, removed Adobe add-on from browser but still getting the same issues.

 

Please help!

@Adorable_Gemstone2102 I am thinking it can be a couple of things. Try sending one page. If that stalls, then it's likely a server-side issue on Adobe's end, which you can check here https://status.adobe.com — at the time of this reply, there is alot of activity!



If by chance it did go through, then it could be the size of the files themselves. Or that the limit is over, Adobe has a limit of up to 50 recipients for bulk sends with Acrobat Pro/Standard apps
