I have created templates and the properties is set to "only me". When I edit the template there is no option to change the permission under properties. Only the template name. I dont even see the option when creating the template. I have another user on my account who is unable to use the templates. Help please!

@Divine_Mercury1861 it might be a permission issue or an incorrect app. The most common reason you don't see an option to change template permissions beyond "Only me" is directly related to your Adobe subscription plan. Many individual or basic Adobe plans, such as Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Pro DC for single users, are designed for personal use and do not include the collaboration features necessary for sharing templates with other users in a team or organizational setting. Features like "Any user in my group" or "Any user in my organization" are typically reserved for business, team, or enterprise-level subscriptions of Adobe products like Adobe Sign or Creative Cloud for Teams/Enterprise, which are built with shared workflows and multi-user access in mind. Without the appropriate subscription tier, the interface simply won't display those advanced sharing options because the underlying account infrastructure doesn't support them.
