Unable to subscribe to the AI assistant

Hello I am trying to subscribe to the AI Assistant in Adobe Acrobat but I am getting a system error that says "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later"

 

If there a region lock for Ai or is this just a bug?

 

I managed to use the trial points, I enjoyed it and wanted to subscribe to the full service.

I never had the chance to even check out the AI assistant feature (user located in Brazil). I'd really like to know how much of the publicity videos are actually realistic.
