Unable to turn off Reflow

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro (About info below) and am unable to turn off Reflow for a document. Once I access Reflow, the option becomes greyed-out in the menu and remains that way even after I close and reopen the document or exit Adobe Acrobat Pro and restart the program.

Architecture: arm64

Processor: Apple M2 Pro

Build: 24.2.20759.0

AGM: 7.1.5

CoolType: 9.1.0

JP2K: 4.0.2.54782

Same issue — and I would like to add reflow only gets stuck on some pages of a document, but when it does it permanently alters the structure of the page, even when I open the PDF in other programs.

Same issue here.

Note that while I have the required system access to execute the 'preferences reset' workaround, most organizational users won't - & e.g. for people doing accessibility remediation on PDFs, this means they will require an entirely different Windows user profile in order to check reflow display of the documents they're working on. So as a workaround, it's more or less unworkable for a large segment of users.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

As you have the recent version installed, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/4bQUuss and check

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC https://adobe.ly/3yEV3GP and try using the application there and check.
