Unable to type in fillable form

Question

Hi,

I am trying to type in a fillable form, but it does not let me type or edit any text that is already there. I have to use another computer to be able to type in the exact same form.

Any suggestions please? I have tried the recommended fixes from here but nothing has helped. Hello,I have figured it out now. I had shortkeys installed which was stopping me from typing on PDFs... Thanks

Hi @Rob-IvoryGraphics

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

As described you are able to fill in the exact form from a different computer, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Also make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 23.08.20470 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
