unable to uninstall acrobat

i'm trying to uninstall adobe acrobat DC and reader (Mac ios 14.3.1 Sonoma) when i do it through acrobat uninstaller i get an error "user cancelled authorization dialog."

tried to do it through creative cloud and the un installation doesn't go through, after 7% it says retry and nothing changes.

How can i uninstall the app?

Emilia, thanks for posting. Does the current User account have permission to remove Acrobat from the computer? You should be able to complete the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/45wKVgT with an account with sufficient access. ^JW

i was able to delete reader but still no luck with adobe acrobat DC

What other programs have you installed and removed from the computer, Emilia? Did you use an uninstaller or drag the files to your Trash? ^JW
