Unable to use Acrobat Pro DC which is already paid.

I registed in monthly payment
my first payment was 5-11-2017 & today also they toke money from my card .....

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription which is already paid and registered on your current Adobe ID, Is that correct?
The subscription of Adobe Pro DC is active on your current Adobe ID. Please download and install the software and use your Adobe ID and password for activation on your computer.
To download and install Acrobat Pro DC, use the following URL Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
