Unable to use Adobe PDF Maker

Lots of our users are trying to create PDF using PDF maker
but when they right click on file, select adobe PDF,it gives unexpected error
and its not issue with one user from 1 location its global one
so can we have any update if there is anything changed from adobe acrobat?

On March 9th 2022, Adobe releassed updates to both Acrobat and PDF Maker.

 

From Acrobat's Help menu, select Check for Updates. See if that clears up the problem.

In Acrobat, did you check for updates and run the Repair Installation option (on Windows)?
