Unable to use Adobe Sign

I have the full adobe suite through work and i cannot send a document for signing to my manager. It say's its not working right now but there are no outages reported.

@lissimmo Acrobat Sign is built and operated using both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms. As you may remmbered, 10 days ago, AWS was wreaking havoc for adobe on October 19 and 20th; as of October 28th, Microsoft Azure is wreaking havoc for everyone all over the world. We just have to be patient!

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, I can't use adobe sign.
