Unable to use AI Assistant within Acrobat Pro on MacOS

Attempting to use AI Assistant within Acrobat Pro on MacOS (Sonoma 14.7) but as soon as I ask a prompt within AI Assistant within a pdf doc, I'm asked to agree to the terms due to first time using... However as soon as it starts the process I get a pop up message "We couln't complete your request. You're not currently eligible for access to generative AI featuers in Acrobat." I'm logged into an active Creative cloud license and all up to date. Any ideas

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

From the screenshot, it looks like you are using an older version of the application. Would you mind updating the app to the latest (2024.005.20320), and let us know if the experience is the same?

 

If yes, please share a complete screen recording of the issue, for a better understanding and assistance.
