Unable to use drag and drop to organize pages after Wind

I have already checked that Protected mode is not enable and I have reinstalled Adobe Acrobat PRO  20.012.20048 without solving the problem.  I have Windows 10 2004  x64.

 

I don´t really know what to do because otherwise Acrobat is working fine.

 

Any help will be welcome.

With this update, our users are no longer able to drag and drop individual pages of pdf's from the thumbnails section (right click and go to Show Navigation Pane Button > Page Thumbnails) to a new pdf file within file explorer as @rogeliov33397151 has mentioned. Is this is bug or is there a new way to accomplish this? Please advise.

Is this issue unique to this one PDF, or are you unable to rearrange pages in any PDF?

Change the view of the document:

Zoom To Page Level

    Changing the view of the document to Zoom To Page Level does not solve it. It is the same.   Please, watch the video Zoon to Page Level 

     

    Any suggestion?

    Might be interesting to know if the drag/drop rearrange works from the Page Thumbnails panel.  Is the document locked?

    Anything you can tell or screenshot could be helpful in troubleshooting.

    Dear Dave,

     

    Drag/drop rearrange does not work from the Page Thumbnails panel neither.  The document is not locked.

    Please, watch this video Adobe Acrobat Drag and Drop is not working where you will see my settings and, what happens when try to drag/drop from Page Thumbnails panel and using Tools> Organize Pages as well.

    Sorry for my late reaction but your post was in my spam folder. 

    Yes. When using Tools>Organize Pages, it doesn’t work. It does not make any difference.
