Unable to use edit

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat on 12 August 2025 and i have been trying to edit and sign some pdf documents  sent to me via email.  I am unable to save or email completed documents. My free trial ends on 19th August 2025 and since I am unable to use it for the purpose required, I would like to unsubscribe as I am a retired pensioner. Kindly advise

Hope you are doing well an thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

 

As described you are  trying to edit and sign some pdf documents sent to me via email and you are unable to save or email completed documents. 

 

Is this an issue with the particular documents that you receive via email or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also, try to download the emailed PDFs to your computer locally and then try to edit and sign them and check if that works. 

 

Also, make sure your Adobe Acrobat application is updated to the latest version 25.01.20623. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

If the issue still exists, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.
