Unable to use Fill and sign on Acrobat DC

I have an active account and this error across all my mac devices. 

Fill and sign worked several months ago but not now. The error comes as I try and specify where to sign.

IMHO It seems to be a permissions error at Adobe but there seems no clear way of contacting a human there as everything seems virtual and AI and unhelpful

What to do, please?
