Unable to Verify Signatures And Sign Document

Question

I received a new laptop and copied my digital ID from the old laptop to the new. I'm able to digtially sign documents that don't have previous signatures just fine. When I receive documents that are digitally signed, I don't have the option to digitally sign myself. It just gives me the option to validate signatures. If I try and do that, nothing happens. How do I get it set up to be able to validate the signature and then sign myself? Thanks!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay.

If you are still experiencing this issue, would you mind sharing if you are getting the documents via Adobe Sign or as an email attachment?

Once the document is signed and the signature process is complete, the document gets locked for further editing, as it is a design behavior.
