Unauthorised charged since after cancellation of free trial
Hi,
I used the free trial of Acrobat Pro only one day then cancelled and received the confirmation email for my cancellation but I noticed only today that Adobe has charged me automatically me monthly since 3 months ago!! I tried to chat with them online today that is a Saturday but there is only a useless virtual assistant there. Is there any email to conatct them in this regard?
Please help me to find a solution for reimbursement of my money!
