UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

I keep recieving charges titled ADOBE ACROPRO SUBS 408-536-6000 CA on my bank account. None of my emails have a adobe plan, nor have they ever had an adobe plan. I cannot call customer services because I do not have an adoble plan. Please fix this!

Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

There's nothing we can fix - we are just Adobe Customers. Adobe will not contact you. SCAMMERS MIGHT CONTACT YOU, DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING.


This sounds like a classic case of a stolen card being used. Contact your bank/card issuer urgently.
