Unauthorized charges, refund
I got a week-long trial for Adobe acrobat reader in October and cancelled my subscription on October 9th, 2023, after it was purchased on Apple subscriptions for $9.99 a month.
However, since January I have noticed unapproved charges for $19.99. It is now July and my attempts to call Adobe for cancelling is given the runaround and instead they're trying to cancel without engaging me on discussing a refund. I have been charged nearly $140 over the course of 7 months for a service I never approved, never used, and never knew I even had. If I can't get this sorted out through Adobe, I'm going to call my credit card service to get this marked as fraudulent charges and have an entirely new card sent to me.
What doesn't make sense is the gap between Oct - Jan if this was supposedly a subcription I purchased, as well as the price inconsistency (charged me $9.99 in October, no charges November - December, then $19.99 since January).
Feeling incredibly frustrated over this issue and the lack of competent support around the matter. I've never had this much trouble getting customer service representatives to help me out with an issue I'm having around a subscription.
