Unexpected Download issue - Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I'm getting no other thing as a window with the message: "Acrobat Installer encountered an unexpected download issue. We will keep trying but if the issue continues, please contact Adobe support". No other detail.

I did recommended steps to solve this issue but it keeps showing the same message. I need urgently by business needs to install and use this software. Could you please help me as soon as possible?

Thanks for your response. I tried that, clearing the history also but it didn't work.

Adobe site and download urls related were included on trusted sites too, however the issue continues.

I tried today again at home and it worked. I think it could be related with any firewall or restriction on the work network.

I saw something similar to this the other day. I exited all open browsers and the problem went away. Might want to try that and let us know if that solved the problem.
