Uninstall/Reinstall Loss of Functions

I uninstalled from one computer and installed on another, my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. On the new computer, I can not use the Organise Pages and Redact functions.  Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? I was able to use it on my prior computer.
