Correct answer Tariq Ahmad

Thanks, but like I stated before, Adobe Acrobat DC does NOT exist in Control Panel / Programs and Features.

Will

Hi Will,

If Acrobat is installed on the machine, try to visit this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Setup Files\

Go inside "Setup files" folder, there should be a folder with a name like this "{AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-0C0F074E4100}" inside this folder look for setup.exe or setup, double click it and follow the onscreen instructions, it should give you option to uninstall Acrobat.

Also, you may try using Acrobat cleaner tool to uninstall Acrobat: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  if Acrobat is installed on the machine.

Let us know if that helps.

if you have the dc perpetual license, use your control panel to uninstall.

Right click the Window icon in the very bottom left corner

Select Settings

Select Apps in the upper right corner for an uninstall option

Default on the left should be Apps & features

Click program name in the center list

Select Uninstall

If Acrobat is not in the list, you have a damaged install and will need to use the Adobe Cleaner

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

Thanks for the reply, but the Win 10 road to the App Settings is not how you described, regardless, Adobe Adobe Acrobat DC does NOT appear on the Apps & features window.  It doesn't appear on the Programs and Features through the control panel either.
