“Unlicensed app” alert for All Apps subscriber

Question

I also use this for business and I am an ALL APPS subscriber! I'm getting this message after I added some Java script to Acrobat to create a feature it didn't have. Now even after taking off the javascript I am getting this countdown. I'm on a deadline and its making me very nervous, and extremely angry as my licence is EXPENSIVE and LEGIT. Any suggestions please from you wonderous people on here, please?!
