Unreadable referenced memory

I have been having an error message recently (see below) - I've installed the latest update but it keeps showing up when I use Acrobat Pro. Despite saying clicking OK will terminate the program, it doesn't actually close anything.

 

It happens when I open a PDF, but may happen during other actions.
