Unsecure a PDF in Acrobat XI

I am a registered user of Acrobat XI and I received a secured PDf that I want to edit but I do not know how to un-secure it. Many answers I've seen involve a Tools option in the top menu but there is no 'Tools' in my top menu bar.

Go to File - Properties - Security and change the policy to "No Security". Of course, you'll need to know the password to be able to remove it...
