Question

Unshare all? and not just individually?

I have hundreds of docs from a prior project that were shared.   I need to unshare ALL of them, so that they are NOT accessed again.  It will take me year to do each individually.  Can I unshare all at once?  If not, fthen ADOBE needs to make it so that I can do several or all at once, rather than individually.

So it seems that a bulk select to share files is allowed, but you must deselect each individual file in order to unshare and download.  Had I known this prior to using the Adobe Scan application, I would not have used it.  It's turning into quite the waste of time.

Maybe there's an option to delete the files in bulk? That would also unshare them, I'm assuming.

Hey there,

If you are working on Document Cloud web, this process of unsharing document cannot be done at once. Web UI wont let you select multiple files which were shared and "Unshare" all together. You need to go one-by-one

Hope this answers your query.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi,

Please state how were all these files shared, the version of Acrobat that was used, operating system, and if they are in a Cloud storage, on a file server in a netowork, or all saved locally in a single computer.
