Unsubscribing and resubscribing

Hi everyone!

I wanted to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro and make a pdf with fillable fields. Once I edit it, I probably won't need to edit it again for a few months. If I unsubscribe and then resubscribe to the Acrobat Pro once I need it again, will the PDF stay uploaded and will I be able to continue where I was?
