Unterschrift lässt sich nicht mehr ändern im Menü Signatur

Question

Hallo,meine Frau auf meinem Laptop eine Dokument unterschrieben. Nun brauche ich die Funktion für die Arbeit wieder, aber das x mit dem man die Hinterlegte Unterschrift löscht um eine neue einzugeben, funktioniert nicht. Auch nach einer Neuistallation des Abobe Readers bekomme ich die unterschrift meiner Frau nicht aus meinem Laptop um meine wieder einzugeben.Kann mir da einer helfen wo der Fehler ist?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please try removing the signatures files from the following location: %appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security

Once you go to the location, delete the following files:

reader_fss_signature_initials
reader_fss_signature_initialsi
reader_fss_signature_initialsk

Please let us know what happens when you try to click on "X." Does it freeze, or does nothing happen? Could you please share the Reader and OS version on the machine?
