Untick single linked tick box

Hope someone can help.

I am creating a form in Adpbe Acrobat and I have a select all so that all boxes are ticked, +60 boxes

Is there a way to have a select all and also allow users to unselect a some of the selected options without all being unselected ?? 

i.e. unselecting just this line so that users can input change qty
