Unwanted Link shows in text

Hi,

 

We have created online PDF with active URL links from 3B2 software. 

 

Some of the normal texts are shows with hyperlink unecessary when we place the hand tool nearby. We don't know how the link comes there. But we have check, there is no Link Box found on that particular highlighted text. (Screenshot Shared)

 

Please provide any solution on this.

Try this:
In the preferences of Acrobat disable the entry "Create links from URLs".

I Tried. I have disabled it. But still the link pop-ups even if it's was normal text not a website related addres.

What version of Adobe Acrobat does you use?

Adobe Acrobat Professional 8, 9, 10 and 11.

All these versions of Acrobat are obsolete, but that is not likely to be the problem. I suspect 3B2 is creating a link in the PDF. You say you've checked the link box, but did you check the links IN ACROBAT?

Acrobat does add links, for visible URLs only. For example http://www.adobe.com/ on a page will be linked whether you want it or not. This is not the case here.
