Update installation fails with error number 1646 "Uninstallation of update packe is not supported" - installed version: Acrobat DC - V: 2015.00630497.

I understand the situation, as you are not able to update the Adobe Acrobat  DC and getting the error 1646,  this occurs when the update patch file is not supported.  As you have a very old version 2015.00630497 you may try the following troubleshooting steps given below:

• Remove the application and its old traces using the Adobe Cleaner tool. Download the tool from the link here -Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs​
• Reboot the system.
• Install the application with the latest version using the link - Download Acrobat DC installer for Enterprise term or VIP license
