Updated e-signature not working as it used to

Question

Bonjour, 
 
Depuis la nouvelle mise à jour, lorsque je fais demander des signatures électroniques, mon fichier pdf se modifie. écriture plus grosse, case à cocher ne sont plus bonne, information manquante dans les champs texte, les dates ne s'affichent plus.
 
Est-ce qu'il y a moyen de revenir à l'ancienne version de signature électronique ou de ne pas avoir ce type de ''bug''.

Please update the application to the latest version and check if you are still experiencing the same behavior. To learn more about the latest version, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4bbGoRh.

If the issue still occurs, share the screen recording of the changes when you try to send the document for signature.

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers that are in use. We will get this checked.
